Since its opening in January 2005, espacio 1414 has organized a series of thematic exhibitions with works from the collection. The first of them aimed to give the public an ample vision of the scope and interests of the collection. After this introduction to the collection, the following exhibitions have focused on specific issues and themes, exploring through works in the collection the ideas and cultural dynamics that inform contemporary art. As part of its exhibition programme, in September 2005, we initiated the exhibition program dialogues which functions as an information room for the exhibitions or serves as a project room for guest artists whose work is already represented in the collection.
